Eagle Springs Golf Club is a special place, not only for our members, but also for those of us that work here. We pride ourselves in our professional operation and dedication to our staff's satisfaction with their work.

Since we are a seasonal operation, the few months and weeks that we work together requires a group of dedicated managers, supervisors and associates who get along from the start and understand the service levels our members expect. We are a group of individuals that pride ourselves in the way we look, the way we speak, the way we understand each other, and the work we do each and every day to achieve a unique sense of place.We are looking for candidates who aspire to those very principles and habits.

We are looking for people to join our business that are dedicated to being at work on time, as scheduled, in uniform and prepared to give the members and their guests what they want, when they want it, done the right way, the first time.
